Spiritual authenticity is a spiritual realness. It is not a fake; it is original, real, and not half hearted. Having spiritual authenticity means truly following Christ. Walking with the Lord on the outside as well as the inside is spiritual authenticity. Spiritual authenticity is not speaking one way and living another, but living 100% for Christ.
“I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one of the other!” In Revelation 3:15, Jesus makes it quite clear about how to live a life of spiritual authenticity with this quote. Jesus wants everyone to live a life of complete obedience and surrender. This verse calls for all men be either saved or a sinner. Christ does not want fake Christians but wants real and true faith from all men. Spiritual authenticity calls for living a “sold-out” lifestyle for the Lord. There can be no hypocrisy or half heartedness with Jesus.
Jesus Christ does not want to hear the talk but he wants to see the walk. Going to church, talking spiritually, or even going on missions trips does not qualify as spiritual authenticity. On the outside it is easy to look like a Christian but it is the inside that counts. Jesus said in Matthew 7:21, “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.” Clearly having a real and true relationship with God means more than words out of the mouth. Spiritual realness is much more than the outward appearance; it is the condition of the heart that counts. Doing the will of the Lord is what the Father wants from all people. Spiritual authenticity is living the same life on the inside as on the outside.

I am so proud of you. I know that God has His hand on your life for a very special purpose. I believe you could be the next "Billy Graham" of our world. There are so many young people in our world who are floundering. Many of them have never experienced that relationship with Jesus that brings such purpose and value to life. As your gramma I am so glad you are setting course in the right direction while you are young.
I want to stay around long enough to see how God is going to use you.
Keep up the good work.
