it's beginning to look a lot like christmas
My dorm room, thanks to my dear friend, Lori Liljedahl, was the most homey, cozy, and Christmasy on the entire campus. Lori sent us (Ben, Steve, Dave, and me) 30 feet of Christmas lights, mistletoe, a tree, and stockings in a care package. Along with the decorations, she gave us a CD with some holiday tunes on it which was played continuously for about a week and a half. It just gave the floor at a school something to enjoy and look forward to during finals. Not only did my room become even more popular than it was before, but Lori became very popular. Here is a peak into room 213 D, home of Jonathan, Aguirre, and at times the rest of the floor. Let me explain. My roommate is from St. Cloud, about 90 miles away from Minneapolis. Because he has a serious girlfriend back home he goes home most weekends. What he just recently found out was that every weekend one of my friends would sleep in his bed. Cory, Brian, and Dave are just a few names, but thanks to Aguirre many of my buddies have enjoyed a great night of sleep.

how cool is Lori?! I was trying for a long time to think of something creative and fun to send you in a care package besides cookies that only assist in spiking your cholesterol, but I couldn't think of anything good. Great idea, Lori!
